A lovely example of the Nonsuch Ultra, 'Gatao Da Mar' (Sea-Cat) is ready for your inspection! well-equipped, and well-maintained, 'Gatao' has been had a number of upgrades in the past few years, as are evident in the full specifications given. The Hinterhoeller Nonsuch Ultra is famous for its surprising sailing performance, and ease in single-handing. The combination of wishbone cat-rig and a modern fin-keel underbody is pretty hard to beat if ease of handling and sailing performance is what you are after. That said, there is berthing for five (including a private double cabin forward), a delightful galley, a good and useful centrally-located head with shower, and all the amenities you would expect in a much larger vessel. Those who know the Nonsuch all agree; it would be very hard to find a simpler or better equipped coastal sailer in this size range, especially for a family where only one member has some sailing experience.
