“EMPRESS DI” is a yacht grade vessel that has been under covered
slip since she was custom built and also is a one owner! She has every
option from factory at the time to include, trash compactor,
dishwasher, washer/dryer, massive 502 closed cooled crusader engine
package with less than 120 hours on both engines(see brokers remarks),
generator with less than 150 hours, custom davit lift system on the
flybridge, interior is as the day she was built with no shade tree
modifications. All items are in working order.
BROKERS REMARKS:
“EMPRESS DI” was custom built for a couple that wanted to see the world
by yacht. They never made it! The wife passed away and the husband paid
to have the yacht maintained but never returned to make the trip. He
has paid for yacht maintenance ever since and she has been cleaned
bi-weekly on her exterior and maintained mechanically by the marina she
is moored in. ** Husband has passed away and the yacht is in control of
the estate and must be sold!** Note that we do have a survey that was
taken on 6-23-2005 to assess the yachts value for the estate to
liquidate her. She is valued at over 190k which is low market and we
have set her even lower to make for a quick sale. I have personally
gone to see this one and she is clean and needs basic items handled to
make her back to original yacht grade to include, blisters noted on
survey, interior carpet aged( normal non-use) head liner in small area
to be clean – not replaced, engines serviced, generator serviced,
cushion replacement for flybridge as well as canvas. Besides items
mentioned this is not an abused yacht but one that has not been worn
out with little to do to make her a top notch buy! * * * ALL
