Dusky is a custom boat builder located in Florida. These boats
are so well built that you just don’t see many available for
sale. The 233 is the perfect size for trolling or bottom
fishing. The Dusky step-up hull and high sides insure a dryer
ride and give you an enjoyable, yet safe trip in all kinds of weather
conditions. Ample room inside the cockpit and bow areas gives you
and your passengers plenty of elbow space for movement and gear.
All you will need is an anchor/chain/and rope (the owner wants his for
his new boat) and you are ready to start some serious
fishing/boating.
Broker’s remarks
The owner of this
boat is ready for a new one and regrets he has to let this one go, but
the wife says he can’t have them both. He has taken great care of
this boat and primarily used her for fishing the Gulf. The engine
is a 1998 model offshore series and runs great. The owner has
maintained the engine with regular maintenance. There are
no major issues on this boat and no storm damage. The T-top
accommodates a custom lean tower which is removable. The T-top
canvas stitching (in front of the console) has come undone, but can be
repaired or replaced. In the last six months I have only seen one
other Dusky 233 (with same year and engine) for sale (at over $18,000)
and it is no longer on the market.
