Accommodations
-The whole interior except forepeak cabin, was sanded to the bare wood in spring 2006, and two part polyurethane paint/varnish was applied in three coats back on the same.
-Some of the damaged locker doors were made new out of the mahogany.
-All the floorboards were restored and varnished.
-Laid down teak on the floor in the head.
-The Wilcox Crittendeen Skipper II marine toilet was rebuild.
-New plumbing from the bow to the stern is in plastic tubing with the removable connectors for easy repairs and alternations were instaled.
-New three burner/owen stove replaced the old one.
- New refrigerator Norcold 12V DC/110V AC
- Four antique petroleum lamps Perko were repaired and polished
- New traditional looking cabin lights with xenon bulbs were mounted in all interior compartments.
- Galley countertop was changed
- All the mattresses were replaced
- All the bronze portholes were removed, sanded, and then clearcoated
- New main bilge pump, and two back-up pumps were installed after cleaning the bilge compartment.
- Diesel heater was rebuild and its diesel pump was replaced
-The water heater Ratian 8 gal operate on 110V and is equipped with heat exchanger as well. Condition unknown.

Electrical
-The vessel has 220V AC,110V AC,12V DC, Charging the two banks of batteries is controled by FREEDOM 25 Invertor linked to the HEART INTERFACE.
-Blue Sea distribution panels have been removed and rewired
-Autopilot Benmar was rebuild and rewired.
-The boat was rewired from bow to stern, and from the masthead to the bilge.

Deck and the Deck House
-Deck was replaced by the previous owner in 2000 with mahogany marine grade plywood. In 2006 we sanded off the paint from laminated deck, and then painted with polyurethane, and last coat with nonskid.
-All the deck hardware was removed, repaired, polished and reinstalled as well as manual windlass.
-The roof of the deckhouse was removed, and then laminated out of two layers of 10mm marine grade plywood to a total thickeness of 20mm.
- Skylight, and forward two hatches were restored after carefull dissembling. The main hatch is new.
- Deckhouse trims are new.
-The rear teak deck around the cockpit is original and it is worn out. It needs to be replaced.

Rigging
-The main mast was sanded to the bare wood and then varnished with five coats of polyurethane varnish.
-The mizzen mast is in very good condition, however this mast needs to be sanded and varnished.
-The stainless steel stays, are original. Condition unknown.

Sails
-New #2 genoa
-New storm sail
-Main sail, mizzen sail, and #1 genoa are in bad condition and they have to be replaced soon.

Hull
-Topsides painted in 2006. Bottom antifouling done in 2005.

Machinery
-Volvo Penta MD32A with hydrostatic transmission with original 80 hours, installed in May 2006.
This six cylinder engine have 106hp, and is in the excellent (like new) condition.

Navigation
-VHF, GPS handheld, Loran C, Radar, Depthsounder, Knotmeter, Anemometer, Barometer, Nautical charts, Navigational tools.

Safety
-Liferaft BFA six persons off shore needs to be reinspected
-2 sets of flares
-6 lifejackets
-Fire extinguishers 6pcs
-Horse shoe and man overboard pole
