| Galley/Accomodations Below decks you first enter the raised salon with its deckhouse that contains a series of extra large windows, which provides 360 degrees of visibility. A convenient drop-leaf table with condiment storage surrounds the king post support for the deck stepped mast. Custom storage compartments are located overhead, and above and behind the settees. Next to port is an enclosed head with separate shower.. The v-berth is spacious and features convenient drawer storage under the long bunk, in addition to a hanging locker. Looking aft through the salon a long galley sits on the starboard side one step down from the salon. It features plenty of storage both in drawers and cabinets a large counter area, extra large doubble S/S sink, a gimbaled LP gas 3-burner stove and oven 2 LP tanks are stored in lockers in the cockpit, a real nice feature of CSYs. Entering the aft stateroom you'll find double closets with drawers below, and a large double berth with lots of opening ports and hatches above for ventilation. Forward to port in the stateroom is an enclosed private owners office setup for a computer. This could be converted back to a aft head if so desired. Aft of the dinette area in the salon is the separate navigation area with a spacious chart table, swing-away counter stool, and space for additional electronics. A full sized door leads aft into the engine room/workshop, where the 85 hp Perkins diesel is ideally situated for complete access from both sides.

Broker's Notes This boat would be an ideal liveaboard and has lots of potential for the sailor who has a hands on approach. She has lots of extras, windmill, inflatable dingy hard dinghy with sailing rig, and could make for a great affordable world cruising boat. The mast has been replaced, with a deck stepped model, that uses the base of the old mast as it's support. The current owners report that this design has served them well, and they have many miles logged using this setup. Deck pictures were just added 9/5/06, All interior pictures were taken 8/10/06.

Additional
- Inflatable with late model 9.9 Yamaha engine
- Trinka sailing/rowing dinghy
- Inflatable Liferaft needing inspection
