Accommodations:
The 400 Sundancer is arranged in the conventional manner with the owner's stateroom forward, an open galley in the main cabin and a mid cabin stateroom/lounge with a privacy door. Owner head forward with stall shower and a second head adjoining the mid cabin. Top-side there is a raised/tiered instrument panel at the helm station. She also has easy engine access, a spacious cockpit, transom door and swim platform.
Galley:
There's a large refrigerator/freezer in the galley along with a three burner stove, microwave oven, stainless steel sink, coffeemaker, water heater, and a built-in blender mounted in the Corian counter top, and plenty of cabinets.
Electronics and Navigation:
Full compliment of electronics including Raytheon auto pilot, Raytheon radar, new Garmin color chartplotter, depth finder, compass, hailer, Raytheon VHF radio, and engine synchronizers.
Equipment / Electrical System:
Westerbeke 8 KW generator, A/C with reverse cycle heat, six batteries, inverter, battery charger, battery switches, shore power, remote spotlight, and two TV/VCR's and stereo system.
Deck Description:
Radar arch with bimini top, and full camper enclosure, cockpit cover, sun pads, and a wet bar. For engine access, the entire aft section of the cockpit sole raises up electrically without moving the aft seat. Cockpit also has fold-away boarding steps, shower and a transom door.
Additional Information:
This vessel was bottom painted in April, 2007, and also features trim tabs, windlass, anchor and rode, Halon fire suppression system, CO2 detectors, and spare props.
