VIOLA is well kept and well equipped. She was purchased by her present owners in Florida in 2004. Prior to shipping her to Spain the yacht had a full epoxy treatment to the underwater hull.
Recent updates include a new bowthruster May 2006; many other updates and upgrades on equipment and a high level of maintenance ensure VIOLA is in top shape and ready to sail.
Her comfortable interior, sleeping 8 people in total offers - a centre line queen bed aft, a roomy v-berth forward cabin (with two extra fold down beds), two heads/showers and additional bunks in the saloon.
The Little Harbor 46 is considered by many to be the perfect live aboard cruising yacht for a couple. However with her additional provisions for sleeping in the forward cabin and in the saloon, VIOLA is an uncommonly friendly and spacious boat for those rare times when owners might wish to accommodate extended family or friends.
She is a lightly used boat, (note the low engine hours) always carefully maintained and stored in indoor facilities every winter under previous ownerships in America. Continuously upgraded and maintained in true yacht condition by her present and former owners.
Safe and comfortable offshore, and able to use the intra coastal waterway with her 62’ mast height. Her centreboard with draft of 1,75 to 2,79m also adds versatility. All systems serviced seasonally. Fresh varnish and looking stunning!
