ACCOMODATIONS AND LAYOUT
Throughout the yacht, headroom ranges from 6’4” to 6’7”.
This stateroom is
a queen size v-berth, with 4 lockers
above and outboard,shelf and 4 drawers and hanging locker to port; to starboard
is a shelf ,4 drawers and double hanging locker with 4 lockers above and
outboard; door for access to private forward head and another door leading to
the salon area. The cushions and the maroon upholstery was new in 2003. This
stateroom is ventilated by a large hatch and 2 opening ports.
Guest Head
This head has a Raritan phhbII head, full size porcelain
sink, and large custom mirror. The head area also has large storage areas in 3
lockers and an opening port. The area is plumbed for a shower.
Main Salon
Main salon has 2 very comfortable swivel chairs to starboard
with stowage outboard in 2 large lockers with 4 sliding slatted doors; above
are 2 lockers and a large shelf space; to port is a centerline drop leaf table
with integral bottle and flatware storage. The L shaped settee has a pullout to
convert to a double berth. ALL upholstery in the salon is light burgundy
ultra-leather (2003); storage under the settee and above are 2 lockers and 2
large bookshelves. The salon is bright and airy with 2 large deadlights, 2
ports and 2 hatches. The audio station and lcd TV is located in the salon.
Galley
Galley is slightly aft and opposite the salon to starboard.
It features a u-shaped top with 2 deep s/s sinks and new Kohler pull out
faucet. Facing aft is a large front and toploading refrigerator. Above is a
microwave in a dedicated microwave
locker. On the starboard side is the “china cabinet” being a custom locker for
the china service and serving pieces.
Below this locker is a large top opening “pots and pans”locker. Beside this is
3 burner Shipmate propane stove with oven and broiler. Under the microwave is a
custom spice rack and glass holder. Further aft from the settee on port is a
separate freezer(approx. 5 cu.ft) .
Nav Station
Aft of the salon to port is a large desk with storage area
beneath .The seat cushion and back are upholstered in the same ultraleather as
the salon. There is a storage area is below the seat.The ssb radio and pactor
II modem, and vhf are mounted at the nav. station. Immediately opposite is the
electrical panel.
Aft Master Stateroom
The aft stateroom is a double berth to starboard and single
to port with a filler to combine into a king size berth (no crawling over each
other). There are lockers above to port and starboard,with a shelf and
4 drawers to port . The main storage
area is under the berths. Just before
entry into the aft cabin is large
double hanging locker(39” wide) with space for 2 rows of clothing lengthwise. Ventilation is accomplished with overhead 24”x24” hatch
and three opening ports and a Hella cabin fan on starboard side.
Master Stateroom Head
Aft head has a Raritan phhbII(new 2008) with locker above,
separate full standing room shower enclosure with locker, and lockers below and
above full size porcelain sink and mirror. Ventilation by 2 opening ports.

Owner’s Comments
This yacht is absolutely “turn key” and ready to go.
Literally all you have to do is provision. Everything is aboard for a
successful cruise north or south. We had 12 very successful years with the
“Spotted Moose”.
