Accommodations ACCOMMODATION
All joinery in first - choice Teak veneered marine plywood, partially PVC foam sandwich paneled plywood. Massive
wood is Burma Teak. Joinery and panels are varnished with satin-gloss
PU varnish(4 layers). All joinery is non structural. All doors have
laminated or massive frames and locks for the open position. Larger
locker doors are provided with louvers for ventilation. All portholes,
hatches and windows are provided with curtains or shades.
Structural
main bulkheads are built in epoxy laminate sandwich and varnished by
light-cream coloured PU paint to match the Teak joinery and to lighten
the interior of the boat.
COMPANIONWAY
· Staircase in Teak wood features elevated sides to provide better foot grip during sailing. · 2 vertical grabrails on each side (teak or st.steel) ·
Lower 3 steps are attached to the engine room cover, once lifted (gas
struts) it allows full access to the engine compartment. · 12 V pick - up for deck flashlight ·
Companionway and the stairs are built using only resistant materials
that do not deteriorate on exposure to sun or salt water. At the same
time they guarantee easy cleaning and maintance.

A large oilskin locker to Stb aft, drained to the bilge and well
airated to saloon and to the ceiling (to the ventilated space under the
cabin roof top - with watertight cap · Navigator's chair allowing good visibility forward - chart table serves as inner steering position with an optional joystick · Chart table with chart drawer under.Table can be locked in lifted position. · Chart reading light (a neon light) is recessed in the bottom of the navigation panel. · A 220 V pickup for domestic appliances is built in the separation bulkhead between the navigation and pantry (pantry side). ·
In front of the table there is a suspended instrument holding element
allowing good visibility of information (chart reader, radar , other,… ·
The space under the navigator forms a large technical zone with pumps,
valves, the compressor of the refrigeration units with aeration slots
etc. It is easily accessible and lies high and dry above bilges. Even
at high degree of heel the bilge water has no access to this space or
to wiring and navigation panel. · A stowage space for books etc. is provided to the side of the navigator's seat. ·
In the front upper part of the chart table there is a large
instrumentation panel with electrical distribution panel, and other
instrumentation. Panel is easily removable for access to switches ,
mounting of additional instrumentation etc. · To midline of the
chart table a shelf leading forward to the pantry area with a grab

Galley PANTRY TO STB FORWARD
· From saloon there is a shelf to the pantry area used for serving food and other items to the dinette table · Pantry is one step down from central area going forward ·
Work space is made in extremely resistant material (mechanical,
chemical and temperature resistance). All sides are elevated and
prevent spilled water etc. to penetrate into lockers or wooden parts. ·
Double sink is recessed in the work space without a separation rim to
provide easy maintenance and cleaning of the pantry surface. Located on
the side of the front bulkhead. · A pressure fresh water system (cold and hot water) with a tap is installed. · Under the sole in the pantry there is a moulded-in removable dust-pan, for easy cleaning of saloon floor. ·
A sea water tap with a foot pump and a Y valve seacock is provided to
allow: - either the seawater inlet, - or a fresh water intake from the
fresh water tank through the foot pump in case of pressure system or
low voltage problem. · Seacock in bronze located under the sink for the pantry sink outlet. · Under the sink there are drawers for food and small kitchen items. · A garbage can is attached to the locker door under the sink. · 3 lockers on the lateral side over the sink. · Numerous lockers are placed over the sink area. ·
3 - flame gas burner with stove, semi-gimballed with automatic gas shut
- off switches. Gas turn - off valve behind the stove. A lock in
horizontal position is provided. Located to the aft of the sink
laterally · Flame protection around the stove is mounted. · There is a electric exhaust fan over the stove leading to the aft platform recess · The floorboards in the pantry are covered with Teak (easy to clean and resistant to mechanical, chemical and thermal agents). · Under the stove there is a locker. · Stowage shelf behind the stove. ·
Refrigerator (located to the aft of the pantry) has two compartments,
both accessible from the top (deep freeze and normal refridgeration
temperature) taking volume also from the front part on the chart table · Refrigerator access hatches have spilled water protection lips. · A deep freeze unit has top access with a lockable insulated cover. · The insulation in both units is made by an 80 mm foam shield · An electrical freezer unit is built in each of the two compartments. · Outlet from the bottom of the refrigerator boxes to the bilge is provided with a valve (plug) on the upper end. · There are numerous lockers and drawers above the refrigeration units opening to the galley. · The bar area between the galley and the saloon permits easy passing of food and crockery to the saloon table. · Above the refrigerator there is a locker providing placement of an optional microwave oven. · Recessed neon light and dome lights above pantry. · 3 recessed halogen spotlights on the Stb side roof ceiling over the chart table and pantry area

Electrical ELECTRICAL

- CONSTRUCTION
- · Hull is a
one-piece sandwich laminate using Carbon/E-glass/Epoxy resin with
Core-cell "P" grade SAN-based polymer as core material ( 25 mm high
density foam, 130 and 100 kg/m3). Laminate is built using the prepreg
technology developed by SP systems (prepreg vacuum bagging with curing
at 85 degrees C - Sprint).
- · The
structural bulkheads are made from female moulds using same laminate
sandwich system with core thickness of 20 mm. Bonded to hull and deck
with Spabond 345 Epoxy Adhesive System (SP Systems).
- · 2 forepeak
bulkheads are watertight. The space in front of the forward bulkhead
below the anchor well is filled with closed-cell PU foam.

Longitudinal and transverse stiffeners going are built in solid
laminate using Carbon/E-glass/Epoxy resin (prepreg vacuum bagging with
curing at 85 degrees C) bonded to the hull and structural bulkheads
with Spabond 345 Epoxy Adhesive System (SP Systems)
- · Mast support in solid carbon laminate attached to the bulkhead and longitudinal stringer.
- · A medium draft lead bulb and cast iron fin keel is provided.
- · Keel area
framing is made of Carbon-E-glass reinforced epoxy laminate, shock
loads are spread over entire bottom area. Four transverse stiffeners
for keel support, 80 cm spacing, two carbon wing bulkheads at the aft
part of the keel plate to transmit grounding loads
- · The iron part of the keel is sandblasted, treated with primer and four layers of epoxy paint for full corrosion protection.
- · Deck is a one-piece sandwich laminate using Carbon/Epoxy resin with high-density foam
- as core
material ( 25 and 20 mm high density foam, 100 and 80 kg/m3). Laminate
is built using the prepreg technology developed by SP systems (prepreg
vacuum bagging with curing at 85 degrees C - Sprint). Roof cover built
with the same technology is mechanically attached on top.
- · Hull - deck joint is chemically bonded -glued with Spabond 735 Epoxy Adhesive System.
- · Self-aligning bearings steering system, with complete Vectran cable for substantial weight reduction .
- · Resistant to the corrosion, the bearings are self-aligning roller watertight racing version (JP3)
- · Carbon pedestal bonded to the deck.
- · 3 "Y" spokes carbon fibre wheel (160 cm diameter)
- · Steering pedestal system with chain drive- Vectran cable system.

rudder is a high ratio airfoil section in carbon / epoxy laminate over
massive carbon stock., built in high-pressure, high temperature
autoclave (Isotop). GRP rudder tube, laminated to hull and a high
laminated transverse and longitudinal girder.

deck are sanded, primed with epoxy primer and sprayed with PU paint for
best UV protection and gloss retention. Standard colour is white.
