- Hull:
- The flat bottom, flat side, full transom hull is of riveted aluminum construction on 1 ½” x 3 ¼” x 1 ½” aluminum Z-bar frames 14” (nominal) on center. 2 ½” “D” section neoprene full length rub rails .
- Decks and soles of 5 ply ¾” plywood. Superstructure is aluminum.
- Two (2) sheets – total thickness of 4 ½” thick Styrofoam – placed
- full length between bottom and cabin sole as permanent flotation
- with two 6” diameter inspection plates in cabin sole, one (1) center
- line forward and one(1) center line aft.
- The entire hull, side decks, superstructure and rails are painted. The bottom is bare aluminum.
- This vessel was built in 1959 and gave tours on the historic Erie Canal. In 1997 she was completely rebuilt, enclosed, and a rest room added for passengers’ comfort. Every seat is a comfortable window seat.
