Accommodation
It consists of two double cabins and the saloon which converts to a comfortable double and with a 1/4 berth in the wheelhouse so can sleep a total of 7. There are two heads, one adjacent to each double cabin.

Safety Equipment
DECK The Teak Deck is in very good condition and has been well maintained. The Lofrans Tiger 1000-watt electric anchor windlass has foot control switch for up only. There is approx. 100 metres of 8mm calibrated chain for the bower anchor. Plastimo six man off-shore life raft (new in 1992 and last serviced in 2003) is mounted on the outside of the pushpit at the stern. There are two anchors on board. The main bower anchor is a 20Kg CQR with 100 metres of chain. The stern anchor or kedge is a plate or Danforth type anchor. On the aft deck are two GRP seat lockers with a large cockpit table in a central position which easily seats 5. The passerelle is at the stern. In addition to all the expected warps for mooring there is a 140 mtr landline and stainless steel roller system to house it. The tender is a Zodiac (1998) together with a Yamaha 3.5 HP 2 stroke outboard (new in 1992). Three windscreen wipers are fitted to the wheelhouse. RIGGING & SAILS Conventional sloop rig with additional inner forestay with fully furling staysail. There is an in mast furling system and a full furling Genoa. All control lines are fed back to the adft deck.
