1983 31 Feet Cal Racer/Cruiser

Great time to buy a classic Cal 31. Little Feat has been enjoyed by her owner of 25 years as a racer/cruiser with much time and money spent maintaining and updating her equipment and systems. There is an A/P, GPS/Plotter, depth, knot/distance, wind, VHF, dual refrigeration, Flat screen TV, DVD and JVC CD stereo. The rigging spars and genoa were new ’02 and battery charger, and water heater new ’06, engine overhaul,boat re-wired to updated specs and New Transmission 2003. Little Feat was the 2nd place winner of the St. Pete to Isla Mujeres, Mexico race and continues to perform and look impressive. This is not your ordinary Cal 31. This sailboat was purchased new in February of 1983. When she was commissioned in 1983 she was taken apart inside and 5 extra layers of glass were applied to all bulk heads (for extra strength), as her owner wanted her fully capable of offshore ocean sailing. She conforms to PHRF category 1 racing.
