Accommodations 1 cabin + carré + bathroom Galley 1 gas stove with 2 stoves and 1 oven + 1 toaster - 1 big refrigerator (not electric) - 2 sinks with cold water (new foot pump) - 2 cupboards with sliding doors - 1 big cupboard under the sinks - 1 drawer for place setting - 2 electric spots Electronics Vhf - compass - loch - gps (mobile) - automatic pilot Electrical 12 V + 220 volts installation - battery charger - 2 x 100 amps batteries – 11 spots light + 1 néon Deck night lights - table Sail and Rigging 1 genoa with roller + 1 main sail with battens. Additional Dinghy + motor Yamaha 3pk Features and Benefits This boat is a real boat made to sail in security, not like new boats that you find on the market now. The boat has a small draught (1,5m) and we enjoyed sailing in England, Holland and France. She has 2 almost new sails (full batten). The shrouds will be new and the hull will get a new white painting. The boat has always been out of water in the winter and treated with anti-osmosis. New varnish on wood inside + new painting. The windows of the wardroom are new. The battery and the battery charger are new. The motor is very good and always used slowly. Small dinghy with a 3pk motor OWNER COMMENTS: This is one reason I am selling the vessel: Not enough time to enjoy the boat because of my work. We've spent all holidays and week-ends with my wife and my 2 kids for 6 years now with always the same pleasure: The boat is very secure and strongly built.
