Lauderdale Key West Race we finished second in class because I made a bad decision at the finish line, Full Keel and 32 ft waterline yawl rig and mizzen staysail she sails well in light air, when singlehanded over 1000's of miles She steered herself by balancing sails. CSF 1.71 stable; motion comfort 38, angleof vanishing stability 128, heavy displacement 362, SA/d 17

The running backstays allow a storm staysail on the inner stay and she has a seperate track on the mast for the storm tri-sail that is loose footed. Sails well in all conditions.
Comfortable in any kind of sea.

Remarks: Just spent $45,000 in Costa Rica [that’s $250,000 in California] for new teak deck and interior, awlgrip, electrical system replacement and other renovations like cushions, awnings etc; not yet in mint condition but 80% there.
