This is a classical built sailing yacht.
It has a mix of the old elegance and modern luxury. The use of mahogany and teak gives you the feeling of the old good times. The interior is made of massive handcrafted mahogany and decorated in style.
The owner uses this Gulet for private use and for charter business.
In 2008 we had 12 weeks charter for Euro 21,000 a week.
The vessel is registered in Turkey and she is part of a special limited company. This can be bought. The crew can stay with the vessel, if you wish.
Vessel is maintained in top condition. The mast was painted in 2008 and varnished completely. In 2009 the hull was painted and the revised the engine.
Why selling?
Our new Gulet shall be ready in a few months. With this new Gulet I shall
cross the world from November 2009. I do not need two Gulets. Accommodations
Accommodate 8 passengers.
The master cabins with its king size is tastefully designed.
She has 4 fully air conditioned cabins, with ensuite bathrooms.. 1 master/2 twin and 1 double cabin. Beds with Egyptian linen. The crew has separate quarters. (4 cres)
In the lounge we have a bar/icemaker, for the drinks/espresso machine/ also a freezer/and a satellite TV. Music system through-out the boat.
Each cabin has its own toilet and shower.
Galley
Fully equipped professional kitchen.
The galley is fully equipped with freezers, refrigerator, coolers, a big cooking place, with oven, dishwasher. Washing machine/Dryer. A kitchen for a serious chef.

The entire boat has 220V and 24 Volt.
We have two generators, of 19 KVA. The brand is Onan.

The hull is made of laminated frames with mahogany wood. The shape of the hull is made for luxury sailing/cruising.
The deck is made of teak.
The engine is from 2003. The Carpe Diem can sail well. We only use the engine less then 2 hours a day. At most 200 hours a year.

She is always very successful in the Bodrum Regatta. Always in the top 3.
