Journey's End is dry docked at Antelope Point Marina on Lake Powell. 10 owners own 18 weeks. We have formed our own LLC. The boat cant be rented so only owners use it and only for a maximum of 18 weeks. It is very well maintained. We own the first 3 weeks of the season. This year it begins on May 29th. The boat appraised last year for $242K. We will sell each week for $8,000 or all 3 weeks for $20,000. The boat will be in a slip when you arrive and a pilot will take you to open water and when you return the pilot will park it in a slip. Why rent when you can own? The maint fee this year is $1500/wk. That covers ins., storage, lauch & retrieve, and routine maint. Sharing expenses is a great way to boat.
