(BOAT LOCATION: SARASOTA FL) The Hydra-Sports 28 Vector Center Console is the ultimate offshore high-performace fishing machine. She has a large open cockpit with fishing room fore and aft with all the amenities needed for successful fishing. She is powered by twin 250 horsepower Yamahas to get you out and back quickly. This 2004 model was put into service in August 2007 but not before being updated to 2008 specifications by Hydra-Sports and Yamaha. She includes transferable engine and hull warranties.
Reel Player has a T-top over the center console with lockable electronics box, rocket launchers, spreader lights, and Taco outriggers. The center console has helm seat/leaning post, forward console seat, and in-console marine head. The helm is equipped with stainless steel wheel, hydraulic steering, and trim tab control. Electronics include: Raymarine VHF radio and Garmin Network with twin screens, sonar, charts, special blue-chip fish finder, XM weather, and chart plotter. She is auto pilot ready with radar available. The sound system is a deluxe Clarion 250 watt stereo with XM satellite radio. There is additional seating forward with bow seating and aft with fold-down bench seat. The large cockpit has the room and is equipped for serious fishing with outriggers, rocket launchers, spreader lights, concealed rod storage, gunwale rod holders, cockpit bolsters, 50-gallon bait well, a bait prep station with sink, and tackle storage draws. There's a walk-through transom door, fresh water shower, and raw or fresh water wash down.
Reel Player features a $10,000 canvas package that includes: center console wrap-around with "bat wings" for bad weather, custom dodger with bow seating tonneau cover, seat covers, center console cover, engine covers, leaning post cover, and custom two-piece mooring cover. All canvas comes with storage bags and covers and will keep this 28' Vector "like new" for many years to come.
Power is provided by Yamaha 250-hp HPDI engines with a total of 40 hours of use, including the 30 hour break-in. Reel Player comes with a custom Loadmaster tri-axle trailer with disc brakes and electric winch. She has been dry stored, has bottom paint with clear epoxy sealer.
