The Beneteau 381 Oceanis has classic Beneteau style and luxury. The 381 Oceanis is designed to be a performance cruiser with upscale accommodations. Whether you are planning a weekend getaway, or a cruise to the islands this 38' Beneteau is ready to accommodate. She features large cockpit and a spacious two stateroom interior.
On deck we have a big comfortable cockpit with bimini top with side curtains and dodger, wraparound seating, fold-away cockpit table, and centerline helm pedestal. The huge cockpit is made for enjoying the sea air, entertaining, and alfresco dining. Other features include: walk-through transom, swim platform, stainless steel deck rail, and bow pulpit with Delta 35# anchor and Horizon electric windlass. Sails include: roller furling mainsail and 140% roller furling genoa with Pro Furl roller furling. Electronics package includes: Raytheon 6000 auto pilot, Raytheon Tri-Data & wind speed indicator, compass, Raytheon Radar/Chart Plotter with 24-mile radar and South Florida C-map chip, Raystar 120 WAAS GPS antenna, and Standard Horizon VHF radio. Auxiliary power is provided by a Westerbeke 40-hp diesel engine.
The interior is what you've come to expect from Beneteau, good-looking, well-finished, and extremely comfortable. A stereo system with CD changer provides music throughout the boat with speakers in the salon and cockpit. When you come below you find a large wrap-around settee with dining table forward to starboard along with the navigation station with chart table aft. Port side is a settee facing the dinette and a full galley aft with stainless steel range with oven, top loading freezer, under-counter refrigerator, microwave oven, and large countertop with stainless steel double sink with cutting board.
There are two staterooms. The forward stateroom features double berth, under-berth storage, hanging locker, bench seat, shelving, and vanity. The aft stateroom has double berth, under-berth storage, hanging locker, and shelving. If needed the salon dinette coverts to a double berth. The head compartment is fiberglass lined with marine head, mirrored vanity with sink, and shower.
