| Description |
"Andiamo" is a classic Bruce Roberts design with rugged construction, interesting treatments, and could have many creature comforts. The design is timeless. The interior has been done with solid teak throughout for doors, cabinets, and shelves. The sole is teak and holly as well. The guest stateroom is forward with a v-berth, hanging locker and plenty of storage. Just aft is the guest head with shower and sink. There is a settee to starboard. The galley is adjacent to the navigational station, and there's plenty of storage space for food and dishes along with lots of counter space. The master cabin is aft with a large double berth, hanging lockers, drawers and a private head with shower. A Lehman 4DH-220, 70-hp diesel engine, powers this vessel. There is both 12-volt DC and 110-volt AC electrical power, with 30-amp shore power cables. Electronics include a SR Marine depth finder, a Magellan compass, and a Wagner autopilot.
This vessel in general, needs a lot of "TLC"; her mizzen is off the boat, and her teak decks are soft in places - this is indeed a boat for a very handy person that wants a lot of boat for an unusually low price, and has the ability to bring her back into sail away, live aboard condition.
