i purchased this boat 2 years ago and restored the interior and the teak on the outside of the boat. it has never been in the salt water and is in great condtion for its age. i am not a boat trader but purchased this boat because of its natural beauty. i have a 2006 underwater survey which i would be happy to furnish any purchaser. we only used this boat for casual joy rides during the summer and did not live or spend much time on the interior of the boat.
