Located on the biggest island in San Francisco Bay (Alameda) with a sister office in the Simpson Bay Yacht Club on St Maarten, in the Caribbean, we have one of the largest networks for locating and marketing boats.

The San Francisco office specializes in all types of sailboats: coastal/bluewater cruising, racing and day sailing, multihulls both used and new, and a special division to handle boats under $30,000 which caters to the entry level buyers. With a large Yacht Display Basin we normally have over 30 boats available to view from 25' to 50+'.

The St Maarten office is located on the Dutch side of St. Maarten/St. Martin in the Simpson Bay Yacht Club, just five minutes from the airport. Easy to get to, with non-stop flights from South and North America as well as Europe. Our location gives us the opportunity to consistently have 40+ boats on display at our docks. We typically have approximately 150 boats listed at any one time, giving you a wide selection from which to choose, power or sail, dinghy to mega yacht. Prices are generally lower than in North America and Europe, and, because of its duty free status, there are NO TAXES of any kind.

With offices in St.Martin, St. Maarten, Grenada and Trinidad, we offer the widest selection of brokerage yachts for sale in the Caribbean.  Our St. Maarten office was established in 1995, making us one of the oldest yacht brokerages in the Caribbean under continuous ownership and management.  Our staff in St. Maarten consist of Jerry Blakeslee, Founder/Partner, Heather Underwood, Broker/Partner, and Alain Barras, Broker.

Jerry has been in yacht sales since the late 1970's, including several years as a broker in Newport Beach, California, where he was the dealer for Freedom and Tartan sailboats.  Since moving to St. Maarten in 1994, he has served 4 terms as Commodore of the Sint Maarten Yacht Club (home of the Heineken Regatta), and was a founding member of the St. Maarten Marine Trades Association where he served 3 years as a board member.  He currently lives aboard and cruises on his NAB 38 sloop, and will be cruising through the Windward Islands during the summer/fall of 2005.
