Baglietto Yachts

Baglietto Yachts are constructed in Northwestern Italy at two shipyards at Varazze and La Spezia. Pietro Baglietto founded this company in 1854, in Varazze, first with an emphasis on a military/naval shipyard. As well as continuing in this military tradition, Varazze's pleasure yacht specialty is in fast motor yachts up to 131 feet in size, and La Spezia creates superyachts over 131 feet in length. Aluminum and steel are the construction materials of choice for Baglietto, who draws from a wide technology and process base for creating vessels. The La Speziare shipyard, in use since 1930, also has a long history with refittings.
