“Sporades” is a 37 foot (beam: 11.15 feet) passenger tour vessel (also used as Gillnetter), production built in 1986 by Double Eagle Boats, Richmond, BC of moulded glass, reinforced plastic, and currently powered by a single 6 cylinder diesel engine through reduction gear and conventional propeller.
The hull has a racked stem, modified V underbody, and curved transom stern. The interior layout consists of focsle accommodation for two, followed by the main cabin containing helm with engine controls, galley and an enclosed head on the port side; on the starboard side is an elevated convertible dinette and companion way with Dutch door to a canvas sheltered deck area with bench seats and second helm and engine controls. Access to the machinery space is through hatches in the deck and removable cabinetry in the main cabin. •• Very clean boat and lots of extras!
