1948 75’10” x 18’ x 8’ Single Screw Fire Boat

Built at the R.T.C. Corp Yard, Camden, NJ

Gross tonnage: 77 tons

Engines: 4 x 6-71 Detroit Diesel engines (600 hp) on a single Falk Gear

Engine controls: Adel hydraulic for main engines from pilot house.  Bell system for emergency.

Propeller: 54” x 56”, 4 blade, bronze

Pumps: 4/1500 G.P.M. Delaval Centrifugal/6,000 G.P.M. mounted nozzles

             3/ one forward, one aft and one on tower outlets.

6        - 3 ½” outlets staggered, three on each side of the deck house facing inboard.

3/ways can be attached allowing 18  21/2” lines to be attached

The tower on this boat is the cantilever type
