  The Alaska 45 Sedan is a beautifully tailored yacht, roomy and functional, she is designed with safety in mind for extended passages. One meter longer and a ton heavier than the previous model Alaska 42, she has greater interior space and provides additional stability in rough weather. Her layout features three cabins and two heads, which provide plenty of room for family and guests to cruise comfortably. A large salon with ample seating and huge galley along the port side make extended time aboard very enjoyable. Huge windows brighten the interior and offer panoramic vistas of your surroundings. Her twin diesel Cummins cruise comfortably at 17 knots and allow top speeds of 21 knots, and tremendous cruising range allows longer passages. She has been a family yacht which has never been chartered. She is in excellent condition and ready for her new owner to enjoy.

She sleeps 6 in 3 cabins with two heads. All sleeping cabins are located forward below decks. The owner's cabin offers a double berth. There are two guest cabins, one with twin berths and one with single berth. Both of the heads feature separate showers. The big saloon and galley along with her wide cockpit provide comfortable indoor and outdoor living spaces on the main deck. The large windows let in plenty of light and allow excellent visibility. With both air conditioning and heat, you can be assured that all aboard will be comfortable regardless of the temperature.
