Accommodations
This nicely appointed vessel sleeps 7 guests in 3 staterooms and 2 crew in 2 twin berths. The open floor plan on the main deck hosts a large conversation area in the main salon; a galley up with all the necessities. And a roomy dining area with large settee.

Galley
As you move forward past the entertainment center, a single step up places you in the galley and dining area. The flooring in this entire area is of Wlight weight granite in deep brown and black hues. On the ports ide is the cantilevered staircase to the upper deck / Flybridge. Be~ow is storage for glassware and china. Adjacent to this staircase, an elevating circular cabinet for more storage of crystal stemware and silverware has been added. A large dining settee seats 8 persons easily. The table made of cherry, inlaid with burled elm, is exquisite.
Across from this spacious dining area is the galley. This well equipped galley has everything necessary for that gourmet meal. A (4) burner ceramic cook top by GE, a GE profile line microwave I convection oven, a large refrigerator freezer by AEG. a GE trash compactor, and a apartment size Miele dishwasher round out the amenities here.

Electronics
48 mile Radar; 962 Northstar DGPS; Robertson Auto PiIot and Rudder indicator; Engine room and aft deck camera monitoring system; VHF radio; monitors; gauges; alarms; bow thruster'control; docking light controls; air horn; trim tabs; etc "All electronics were substantially upgraded from the standard Azimut package.

Pilothouse
Ahead of the galley on the starboard side is a fully outfitted lower station. An adjustable pilot seat offers excellent visibility while underway. Full and complete electronics in this area include:
48 mile Radar; 962 Northstar DGPS; Robertson Auto PiI.ot and Rudder indicator; Engine room and aft deck camera monitoring system; VHF radio; monitors; gauges; alarms; bow thruster'control; docking light controls; air horn; trim tabs; etc "All electronics were substantially upgraded from the standard Azimut package.

Flybridge
The top deck is accessed by the way of the cantilevered staircase from the main salon. Forward is the upper steering station where all gauges, switches and alarms plus navigational instruments have been duplicated from the lower station.
Engine and bow thruster controls, trim tabs and hydraulic steering are all transferable to this station. "Docking lights, port and starboard, are mounted outboard, so they can be directed downward for easy night docking. The triple "Kahlenburg low profile air horns, are mounted forward on the pilothouse roof, keeping the sound in front this steering station.
On the port side is a sink with hot and cold water, plus an "electric barbeque. Below is additional refrigerator, which is always needed! The top deck also provides a sun lounge and curved seating across the back, An expandable high-low table creates a third dining option for meals or cocktails. Below the sun lounge, two "4blade spare propellers are stored and chocked. They are removable for use by the Shore Boat Davit. Aft are the cradles to store the "shore boat and an 800 pound davit with remote controls for easy launching and retrieval. The radar arch provides support for the "radar and radio antennas and the "domes for the .satellite telephone and TV systems. "Radio speakers are installed in the under side of this arch. Anchor. and running lights complete this tower.

Main Salon
Entering the main salon can only be described as breath taking. The fine Italian woodwork of American cherry and burled elm is finished to perfection in a dark rich stain set off by hi gloss complements the interior design created by ~Shelly Higgins of Yacht Interiors. The hand sculpted 'pure New Zealand wool carpet with three different accent colors blended into a perimeter rope design, offsets this salon in a purely exquisite manner. "The drapes or better known as Roman shades, are all custom and made of pure silk and are fully lined. Unlike other Azimuts, the Roman shade design is continuous for the entire width of the windows, pulling up under their own created valances. Large throw cushions placed on the Italian leather sofas, create a comfy, yet elegant effect. The cantilevered coffee table by Azimut, adds further elegance to this main living area. On the port side as you enter, is an attractive set of acrylic shelves for those momentos that you gather from your favorite ports of call. In the lower cabinet there is an automatic ice maker as well as plenty of liquor I bottle stowage. On the starboard side, is the private stairwell leading to the master suite. For audio and video entertaining pleasure, a TV, VCR, and stereo system sum up the amenities in this welcoming salon.

Master Stateroom
This luxurious master cabin far exceeds most expectations for a yacht of this size. The warm gold and bronze tones of the king size beds spread are accented by the rich Italian tobacco leather loveseat, vanity stool. and king headboard along with warm cherry and burl wood insets.
You enter this private domain via a curved stairwell, which is located at the aft end of the main salon and to starboard. This stairwell leads only to this grand master suite. Two large hanging lockers are on your immediate right just before entering the stateroom. Upon entering into the master, to ones left is the large built-in vanity or desk. A "large mirror spans this delightful alcove. It is well lit with "three built-in spotlights. For entertaining pleasure, a Sony 16" TV and VCR have been built-in next to the vanity area, which is accompanied by four large drawers underneath. Underneath the roomy king sized bed, there is more drawer space for those extended stays! The bulkhead is cOile red with "beveled mirror and is further adorned with an "imported Italian print of one of the great clipper ships of the eighteenth century. Two attractive bookcases and bed stands are located to each side of the king berth. Drapes are in "pure silk, lined, and chosen to compliment the bedspread. Flooring throughout the lower deck is in a pale cream-colored carpet A large walk-in closet with port light is to port of the master bed.
On the three-cabin layout, the master cabin has been enlarged and what would have been the fourth guest cabin, becomes the master suites large ensuite head. The master bath has both a European shower with multi jets plus a 'full sized Jacuzzi tub. The flooring is a creamy "'talian. marble, trimmed with granite insets. A toilet and single sink along with ample storage roul"ld out this luxurious master bath.

VIP Stateroom
As you descend the curved staircase forward of the dining salon you enter a companionway which leads to the two guest suites. The VIP .is forward and boasts a. large queen sized bed with stowage below and is covered with a wpure silk spread in soft gold and tan brocade. Accent pillows and shams have also been added for an elegant look! A mirrored bulkhead adds to the spacious feeling highlighted by a lovely "imported Italian print of Florence, Italy in the 1800s. The warm cherry woods and burl inlays all done in hi-gloss. reflect natural light throughout A vanity, which is located to port, and a nice loveseat sofa done in pale cream suede, to starboard, complete the furnishings of the cabin. Hanging lockers are located port and starboard just ahead the bed. A Sony 14" TV I VCR system accompanies this stateroom for entertaining pleasure.
To starboard the ensuite head can be accessed. Amenities are as follows; a European shower with multi jets, a single sink with vanity, and toilet. Italian marble countertops and floors trimmed with granite again complete this bath.

Guest Stateroom
Further down the companionway leading aft, a stackable GE Spacemaker washer / dryer combo is housed to starboard. Directly across from the washer and dryer. to port, is access to the day head, which is also the ensuite head for this double stateroom. Again, this head is fully equipped with a European shower, toilet and single sink, nice large port light and Italian marble counters and flooring.
This roomy cabin has two twin berths with an additional Pullman berth tucked away on the inboard wall above the inboard twin berth. Although this is the smallest of the three cabins, it still has been tastefully done in its leopard print spreads and accenting shams and pillows.

Crew Quarters
Crew Quarters are accessed through hatch on foredeck. V-berth wet head.

Lazarette
This area contains the rudder posts, hydraulic power steering system and trim tabs_ Also included are .two 2600 watt invertors, "24 volt gel cell batteries, oil reserve tank and "two stabilines, one for each 50 amp shoreline. There is also room for the stowage of extra lines, fenders, oil, etc.

Engine Room
The yacht is powered by two 1150 HP MTU diesel engines, model 12V183TE 93's. Operating hours as of November 2004 is 1120 hours. Her low hours have been maintained by shipping her on Dockwise Yacht Transport to her far-flung ports of calf. The W4 major service was perlormed at about 950 hours. The twin Kohler 20 kw generators have 2345 hours on number 1 generator and number 2 generator has only 495 hours, new as of August 2002. ..
The lower generator, number 2, operates the "hydraulic pump for the 25 hp bow thruster. This major upgrade replaced an 8 hp electric thruster.
Two large air intake blowers keep the engine room well within operating temperatures_
