The Cabo 31 Express is widely considered one of the best sport fishermen on the market. Custom tower, roomy bridge deck, large well-equipped cockpit, and upscale cabin make her a serious fisherman with all the comforts of home.
The bridgedeck features hard top with three-sided enclosure, starboard helm, double-wide helm seat, and guest seating opposite and aft of the helm seat. The helm features a full complement of electronics including: Furuno GP1850D GPS/plotter, Furuno color sounder, Furuno tri-data display, Furuno 36-mile radar, Simrad Robertson auto pilot, compass, and Standard Horizon Intrepid VHF radio. Overhead is a custom tuna tower with bimini top, engine controls, Ritchie compass, Rupp outriggers, and rocket launchers. Below the large, well-equipped, cockpit gives you more than enough workspace, and includes coaming pads, transom live well, prep station, tackle locker, in-deck fish boxes, transom door, salt water/fresh water wash down, and an ice box for all your catch. Everything you expect with a Cabo and more.
Inside you'll find a cabin over-qualified to fill the needs of a weekend of fishing. The Cabo 31 features a luxurious interior with teak & holly sole, wood cabinetry and trim. There's a long convertible settee that fills the starboard side of the salon. It serves as settee, dining area, and converts to upper & lower bunks when needed. Port side is a full galley with an AC/DC refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, single-burner cook top, upper & lower galley storage, and a Corian counter top with stainless steel sink. There's an offset double berth forward with under-berth storage and hanging locker. The port side head compartment includes vacu-flush head, vanity with sink, and hand-held shower. Reverse cycle HAC keeps the interior comfortable, a 5kW generator provides off-shore electrical power, and a flat screen TV and AM/FM/CD stereo provide entertainment.
Performance is provided by twin 3126TA Caterpillar engines with 350 horsepower each with a cruising speed of 25 knots and a top speed around 30 knots.
