This convertible (or sedan cruiser) is exceptionally clean and easily handled by one person. She has a "queen berth" forward and a double quarter berth amidship. The dinning area seat pulls out into a double and the bridge bench folds to a large single. Four adults or a family with two kids and a dog can be quite comfortable on multi-day cruises aboard. The galley has a full size double voltage refrigerator, two burner electric stove, microwave and plenty of storage drawers and cabinets. The private electric head has a fresh water shower and hot water heater. There is also a fresh water shower at the transom. The brige is totally enclosed in the bimini and side curtains. She has been used for cruising only, and has never been fished.
This boat has spent all of its life moored in fresh water at Palatka, Florida and Queens Harbour, Florida. She has been well cared for by her two owners (the current one for 9 years). Most of her equipment is original except for the depth finder and air conditioner. They are brand new. The bottom was redone one year ago and should last another 2-3 years because of being moored in fresh water and run in salt water. We dive it 3 times a year to make sure the zincs and all else is well, below the water line.
