This is the perfect long-range cruiser or "floating condo." The unique design offers the equivalent living/entertaining and storage space of larger yachts. It was purchased new by the current owner in January, 2002. This vessel is a hard enclosed (no canvas, no soft plastic windows, but plenty of all-weather visibility), Command Bridge and Aft Deck Motor Yacht with 3 staterooms, and 3 heads. It has four distinct levels: the fly bridge, enclosed aft deck, "living" cabin, and the staterooms. All can be fully air-conditioned or heated (6 units). The spacious living area is a full-width great room that encompasses the saloon with in-cliner/lounge seating and entertainment center, galley, and dining area with table and chair seating. On the bridge, there's a wet bar with refrigerator and ice maker, and comfortable seating for captain and guests at the helm, plus an L-shaped lounge aft and a double-wide lounge on the starboard side. The hardtop, with its large retractable sunroof, spans the entire bridge and aft deck/sun room. The yacht package includes an 11' Novurania hard-bottom, inflatable tender with a 25 hp Mercury motor, custom helm/seat, cover, power crane and chocks.
