Boat has every available option offered by manufacturer plus satellite TV, new isinglass, a brand new 9' Zodiac dinghy plus a 5 hp Mercury engine, that's never had gas in it. All lines and safety equipment included. This price is not a misprint but IT IS FIRM. All maintenance is up to date. Nothing needed. All Raymarine electronics including VHF Radio, Radar with Chart Plotter, GPS, Auto Pilot and the SeaKey System. Fuel tanks are full and she's ready to cruise. Also, this is the 444 ES model which means extended salon and it has a dinette. Boat has never been damaged and has only 250 hours.
Props are in excellent condition and bottom had 2 coats of bottom paint a little over a year ago - Trinidad by Petit.
