Approx 370 "soft" hours on the engines and approximately 450 hours on generator. The Yanmar engines and Onan 9KW diesel generator run strong and appear in great condition (photos).
She is highly fuel efficient, burning approx 24 GPH at 24 KT cruise speed. Pull back on the throttles a little more and fuel burn drops significantly. For example, 20 GPH burn for 20 KT cruise. 16 GPH burn for 16 KT cruise. WOT on this vessel is 28 KTS.
The engine room is extremely spacious and clean. The bilge area is clean and dry.
Six batteries (like new) with one dedicated to the bow thrusters and battery charges. The wiring appears well organized and in very good shape.
Electrical system is both 12V and 220V with 50 amp AC service.

There is so much storage room on this vessel, that I would challenge to say that no one could use it all!
The 4050 is a very well laid out motor yacht that sleep 6 comfortably. There are 2 very roomy staterooms including a luxurious Master Stateroom (aft) that will make your drool. Both staterooms contain island syle queen berths and the salon couch converts to a queen as well.
In cabinet washer/dryer located in aft stateroom makes travelling very convenient. Please see numerous photos for further description.
There are two private heads featuring two full showers with tile flooring. The forward head has a shower that is located in a separate compartment from the sink and toilet area. The forward head may be accessed from the salon without having to walk through the forward cabin.
Both large berths are in very good shape and contain large storage areas underneath the mattress.
Galley is very spacious and includes ample counter space (Corian), cherry cabinets, a very large fridge with separate freezer, double sink/basin, 2 burner stove top (electric), coffee maker, convection microwave, and a large oven. There is also a separate and large pantry area. Isolated dining seating/table area is also in great shape. Please see photos for a true representation.
Salon and cockpit have been very well maintained. Aft cockpit area includes a wet bar with fridge/ice maker, sink, table, cockpit shower, plenty of seating, and plenty of cockpit storage.
The carpet (protected), upholstery, curtains, and woodwork are all above average. There is also a central vacuum system.
Entertainment system includes three TV/DVD combos and stereo system with CD changer. And if I didn't mention it before, TONS of storage. No obviously blemishes were seen anywhere.
Air conditioner/heater runs strong.

Fully loaded helm includes his/her helm seating, hydraulic steering, autopilot, bowthruster, two VHF radios, Northstar GPS/Chart plotter, depth finder, and Furuno radar.
Cockpit instrument gauges appear in good shape and include rudder indicator and hour meters.
Trim tabs (electro hydraulic), tilt steering wheel, and windshield wipers.

Looking for a steal? This surprisingly fuel efficient Cruisers is one of the lowest priced on the market of any boat of her size and quality.
I have personally visited this 2003 Cruisers 4050 Motor Yacht and was extremely impressed with how well maintained this yacht has been.
The owner of this yacht has owned 15 boats over the course of his lifetime (including Cruiser's competitors) and he is convinced without a shadow of a doubt that Cruisers are the top of the class.
I asked the owner for the top 3 features he enjoys about this vessel and he responded, "It is the driest boat I have ever owned, it is the best handling boat that I have ever owned, it has the best fuel burn of any boat I have ever owned, and it has more room than any boat I have ever owned." (I know, that is four!)
At a mere 24 GPH (diesel) at 24 KTS cruising speed, a weekend trip is certainly not going to break the bank as it would with similar sized vessels. Fuel burn drops significantly when cruising at a lesser speed.
OK, that is all fine and good, but what about the price???
The equivalent vessel to this (which is now called the 415) was being offered in a 2007 model at the Miami Boat Show the other day for a measly $615K "Boat Show Special."
You have the opportunity here to get into nearly the same vessel, with very little wear and tear, for about a third of what she would cost new.
So, you can see that this vessel is priced to move. Owner is in downsizing mode and will consider a trade for a smaller vessel or real estate. This is A LOT of boat for $239,900!
