You step down the portside companionway to an L-shaped galley with a two-burner stove top range, stainless steel sink with a faucet, and hand sprayer, built-in microwave oven, under-counter refrigerator-freezer, and cherry wood storage cabinets above, and below the countertop. The salon has beautiful beige carpeting, that is protected throughout by carpet runners, and shows like new. Across from the galley is a convertible dinette, it is a wonderful spot to dine or relax during the day, and it coverts to a double berth at night. To the rear of the dinette is the mid-cabin with a double-berth. Forward is the master stateroom with its' offset queen berth, hanging locker, storage cabinets, and televison with a DVD player. The enclosed head and separate, stand-up shower are located between the galley and master stateroom, and is accessed from the salon.As nice as the salon is, we all know the reason for boating is the fresh air and sunshine out on the water, and the carpeted cockpit of this 340 Express is designed for comfort and enjoyment. The cockpit lounge is a large, U-shaped, and has room to spread out and enjoy the day on the water. Portside there is a wet bar with sink and refrigerator/freezer to insure that refreshment is close at hand. Up two steps is the doublewide helm seat with its expansive helm station with all electronics, and controls up-to-date, easily accessible, and readable.
