| Description |

This ship has been rebuilt inside into a luxurious private yacht.
Built in Quebec,Canada for the Canadian Coast Guard for use as a bouy tender and sounding vessel. Designed and constructed for light-duty ice breaking and the first 30 years of sercive was operating year round in fresh water on the St. Lawrence Sea Way. Originally accommodating a crew of 34, the vessel was sold to a U.S. buyer in 1993, at which time the conversion began with a number of cabins removed to make way for a large master cabin and main salon. Other changes included parquet teak sole added on the main deck level, and teak an holly sole added to the pilothouse and sky lounge deck level. A second buyer purchased the vessel in 1998 and moved the vessel to Jacksonville, Florida where it underwent another 6 month mechanical refit of all engines and operating systems, including the addition of stabilizers. Currently the ship is based in La Paz Baja California, Mexico and is available for charter. Owner will consider a fractional partnership to a compatible/qualified buyer.
