sportfisherman is currently on the hard. See her now before the owner
takes her cruising. Her lines get two thumbs up approval, and her
proportions are just right. She sleeps four in comfort down below in an
entirely rebuilt cabin, has a new galley and raised dinette in the main
cabin, and the head has been redone totally including a new holding
tank and all sanitation hoses. She’s cruised from Cape Cod to Maine
this summer at a very economical 2-3 gph @ 8 knts. Ready to go, fully
found, and her fuel tanks are topped off!

Construction: Cedar over hackmatack with full keel and protected prop and rudder.
Owner has rebuilt the interior and replaced the flying bridge in
2007 and 2008 Down below there is a forward berth to starborard and a
double to port; There is a large hanging locker separating the forward
berth from the starboard "pilot" berth. The head has been rebuilt to
accommodate a new marine toilet, shower, sink, and storage. All
sanitation hoses are new. The main cabin has a galley to starboard and
a L shaped dinette to port. In addition all the engine gauges are new.
New carpet and "soundown" have been added to the main cabin.
The bottom was fiberglassed by Triad Boat Works and the decks have
been faired and glassed with Dynel cloth. There are salt and fresh
water wash down hoses in the cockpit. The fiberglass hull sheathing was
personally supervised by Allan Vaitses of Cape Dory boats and known for
the Vaitses method of applying fiberglass to wooden hulls, creating an
especially sound and strong composite.
This is a handsome downeast cruiser and economical to run.
