JUST REDUCED ANOTHER $10,000. AND NOW ANOTHER $5,000. GRACE was custom built in
Nova Scotia by Cion Diaz as a sedan trawler. A flying bridge was added in later
years. The current owners custom built the flybridge enclosure for cruising down
south with air conditioning. A major refit was done on the hull to include a new
structural transom with mahogany cover boards. Over $30,000. was spent on the
refit around 2005. OWNER WILL FINANCE $10,000. ON A FIRM PRICE OF $40,000. DO
NOT MISS THIS OPPORTUNITY.

This
vessel has wide appeal. She is recognized for her graceful lines and would look
very handsome as either a sedan or flybridge cruiser again depending on a
buyer's personal asthetics. First and foremost, "GRACE" will be a comfortable,
dependable and economical cruiser, perfectly suited to a "Great Loop" cruise or
running the Atlantic Seaboard.
We are confident she will survey well and
that she represents good value in todays market.
The owners will
consider reasonable offers
