This 1977 Egg Harbor 40 is in above average condition.  She has been professionally yard maintained buy current owner.  Her exterior varnished teak is complimented by a natural teak cockpit floor.  New Port Crusader 454 with 5 hours and Starboard Crusader 454 with 400 hours were used mostly for family cruising. Boat has never been fished.  Full bridge enclosure and custom cockpit awning make her a comfortable yacht for all weather conditions. Down below, she sleeps two owners and four guests.  New carpet, upholstered couch and chairs, and new curtains are included.  She has a galley down to starboard including, refrigerator/freezer, electric 3 burner stove, full oven, and microwave.  Ice maker is up a couple of stairs in the main salon.  Forward master stateroom is roomy and comfortable for two.  She has a separate head and full shower.  Outfitted with an Onan 6.5 generator and Ideal windlass, dockside water, and electric, makes her versatile for weekend cruising or a long vacation.
