| Accommodations & Layout
- Seascape has the standard galley-up, three stateroom, and two full head layout.
- Starting forward is the large V-berth stateroom with large port-side hanging locker, drawers and dead storage cabinets under both bunks, very large dry stores area under the cabin sole, and vanity w/storage to starboard. All the way forward in this cabin is access to the divided chain locker.
- Forward fresh water tank sight glass is located under the cabin sole. This is in addition to the Tank Tender gauge at the work shop.
- To starboard and next aft, is the second guest cabin, featuring athwartship twin beds, with full storage under both in addition to a ¾ height hanging locker. This cabin also has full under sole storage. (Aft bed has infant canvas retainer cloth).
- Across the companionway is the forward head which is shared by the guest cabins and which includes a full stall shower.
- The companionway ladder leading up to the salon also lifts to provide easy access to the workshop/laundry, engine room and generator room.
- The main helm station, located forward and to starboard in the main salon, contains full instrumentation and the majority of the electronics. Clock-wise around the salon are starboard entry door, dry-bar with Raritan ice-maker, L-shaped settee w/double drop-leaf G.B. Yachtsman’s dining table, aft companionway to owners cabin, storage cabinet w/stereo-tape deck (speakers in all cabins), port side entryway, finishing up with the galley on the port side.
- The owner’s cabin is very spacious and features a full queen walk-around bed. Storage in this cabin is immense, running full length on both sides and across a part of the aft end of the cabin, in addition to the full area under the bed and sole
- The owners head has a tub and shower, sink and home-sized commode, has been all re-done in Formica, and features additional copious storage for linens, etc. Included are two full sets of fitted linens for all three cabins, mattress covers.
- The engine-room is located directly below the salon; a second means of access is provided via a hatch and ladder.
- The 49’ Classic features full walk-around decks, large aft deck with w/3 hatch access to the full-width lazerette, boarding gates either side and the stern, and stairs to the fly-bridge and upper helm station.
