Register with Boatshed to see 57 extra photos of this Classic Ex Military Fast Launch. This is an awsome piece of history. She is in excellent condition structurely and is a credit to the couple who lovingly restored her and made a wonderful home out of her. She would originally have been powered by 3 Rolls Royce Merlin Engines, which gave her a speed of 50 knots however she was re-engined with a pair of Supercharged Detroit Diesels which push her along at a more sedate 14 knots. She is a perfect house boat and could really do with being taken back to the UK and put on the Thames where you would be the envy of all your neighbours! The engine room is also the workshop, fully equipped with generators and a lathe. Sadly, her current owner is unable to maintain her since the death of her husband hence a quick sale is needed. It is probably better to call me to discuss this boat as the description and photographs do not do her enough justice.These boat details are subject to contract.
