Global One's refit is near completion. Make an appointment to preview this boat for yourself or your clients soon. The owner will offer the new buyer an opportunity to choose the final décor items and the sales price will be adjusted according to stage and choice of completion. All fabrics and soft goods, linens, window treatments, electronics and accessories will affect the final sales price and will be adjusted according to the level of completion.

The main salon offers a spacious open floor plan that has been enhanced by the new additions of a 52" flat screen TV and newly designed upholstered L- shaped sofa with storage access in the base.

Once completed the salon will have the following new additions: Designer carpeting, new headliner, designer dining table for six, stereo cabinet, lamp, end table, hassocks, new light fixtures, switches, receptacles, plus art and accessories to compliment the new décor. The interior wood has been refinished to a beautiful soft cherry finish throughout.

Turn forward and you will enter the completely renovated galley and dinette. The renovations include hardwood flooring, cherry cabinetry, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, wine cooler, microwave, gourmet gas stove, counter depth side by side refrigerator freezer, dishwasher, stainless steel sink, faucets, light fixtures, switches, receptacles, wall covering, headliner, flat screen TV, and new upholstered galley seating.

Staircase Aft to Master Stateroom will be wallpapered, carpeted and new lighting and electrical switches installed.

The Master Stateroom woodwork has been refinished in a soft cherry and new bedding and décor are in process. Headliner, Lighting and electrical systems, upholstered seating, soft goods, lamps and a custom built in 30" TV will add to the upgrades in the master.

Master Stateroom bath will have the following décor changed to all new, onyx floors, granite countertops, frameless shower door, plumbing fixtures, onyx sink, wallpaper,

The VIP Stateroom and bath has been treated with the same details as the master and will be pleasing for your guests. Interior wood finished in cherry, carpet, Flat screen TV, soft goods, lamp, upholstered seating, headliner, lighting and electrical systems, upholstered seating, marble shower, granite counter top, frameless shower door, plumbing fixtures, custom sink, wallpaper, and upgraded switches, receptacles and an oil painting to complement the decor.

The staircase and hallway forward will be renovated with a new headliner, wallpaper, onyx flooring in the hallway, carpet on stairs and a new automatic actuator to raise hatch to generator room.

The Guest Stateroom and hall bath with have the following upgrades, new Headliner, carpeting, wallpaper, lighting and electrical systems, soft goods, onyx flooring in bath, granite countertops, onyx sink, and an oil painting to complete the décor.

The Crew Quarters will have new wallpaper, headliner, carpet, soft goods, flooring in the bath, and the switches and receptacles replaced.

Engine Room has been remodeled to a full beam configuration. New diamond plate on companion way floors and new safety railings installed.

The Pilot House has not been overlooked and will have new headliner; hardwood floors upholstered pilot house seating and helm station, wallpaper, and new switches and receptacles. The current electronics equipment will be checked and replaced as needed.

The mechanical systems will be checked and serviced as follows:

Engines: Oil Change, tune up, new boost coolers, new risers-dry stack-wet tail and new paint applied.

Generators: Tune up and oil change.

Fuel Systems: Fuel tanks cleaned and fuel onboard filtered and cleaned.

The Tender and Jet Ski will be checked out and made operational.
