| Description |
This version of the Hatteras 46 Convertible had an eleven year production run. She is a classic convertible with a reputation for good looks, quality, comfort, and performance. She comes with a large flybridge, roomy cockpit, open salon, full galley, two staterooms and heads. There???s room for everyone and everything whether you are fishing or cruising.
The flybridge features hard top, overhead electronics box, full enclosure, and rocket launchers. The centerline helm has captain & companion seats and is equipped with full electronics including: Furuno NavNet GPS/Map, Furuno NavNet 72-mile radar, Datamarine Digital Depth Sounder, Robertson auto pilot, Datamarine digital speedlog, a new 1200 color fish finder with 2k transducer, Ritchie compass, Icom VHF radio, and Pioneer AM/FM/CD stereo. There are twin guest seats forward of the helm. A ladder leads below to the cockpit.
The 125 square foot cockpit features a new Bluewater fighting chair, prep station with sink and refrigerator, Rupp 25' outriggers, flush mount rod holders, new bait freezer, transom door, and swim platform.
The carpeted salon is bright, open, and classic teak. The salon features a custom U-shaped convertible dinette with teak & holly table. There's a port side leather settee and forward entertainment center with 32" LCD television, Magnavox DVD player, and Clarion stereo. The lower helm is port side with teak cabinet, stainless steel wheel, Ritchie compass, and Icom VHF radio. A companionway next to the helm leads below to the galley and staterooms.
Moving below we enter the starboard galley. Teak cabinets above and below provide ample counter, cabinet, and drawer space for all your kitchen necessities. The L-shaped counter has a stainless steel sink with new disposal. Appliances include a Princess three-burner electric range with oven, full size GE refrigerator/freezer, new GE built-in microwave oven, and coffee maker. There's everything you need for an extended cruise. A Splendie washer/dryer handles the laundry needs.
There are two staterooms. The guest stateroom is forward with upper and lower bunks, dresser, hanging locker, and guest head compartment with shower. The master stateroom is port side and features twin berths with under berth storage, nightstand, hanging locker, and ensuite head with vanity and shower.
This Hatteras 46 Convertible is equipped with twin 425-hp Detroit Diesel engines for long-lasting dependable power. They have 950 total hours with only 230 hours use since a 2005 rebuild. Mechanical features include a Northern Lights generator, Cruise Air reverse cycle HAC, and 20-gallon water heater. Foredeck features include bow pulpit with anchor & windlass, and Quick Lift electric davit.
