The Rampage 38 Express is a top-of-the-line sportfisherman with every conceivable feature, rugged construction, luxurious interior, and Caterpillar power. She has a enclosed bridge, Marlin tower, large open cockpit, and upscale, very comfortable, interior. We start at the air conditioned helm with hard top and full enclosure. The helm station is equipped with Northstar chart plotter, 72-mile radar, GPS, depth sounder, water temperature display, wind & speed display, Sirius weather system, Simrad autopilot, Caterpillar monitor display, Ritchie compass, and Icom VHF radio. All systems are linked to or duplicated at the upper station. Seating consists of swivel helm seat with port side wraparound guest lounge. To starboard is a U-Line ice maker. Up top we have a Marlin tower with T-top, rocket launchers and outriggers. There is a forward mounted upper station with center helm seating and wraparound guest seating.The open cockpit features rod holders, rod racks, live well, bait prep station with sink and tackle storage, fresh/raw water washdown, transom door, coldplate storage boxes, leaning post, cockpit bolsters, transom door, and swim platform. Everything you need and room to fish, the cockpit has it all. Wide side decks allow easy access to foredeck with bow pulpit, anchor, and windlass. As you come below the galley is starboard with cherry cabinetry, refrigerator/freezer, microwave/convection oven, coffee maker, and solid surface counter top with integrated sink. Across the carpeted salon opposite the galley is a huge horseshoe shaped convertible dinette with room to relax, entertain, and dine. The double berth is forward with under-berth storage and hanging locker. The enclosed head compartment has mirrored vanity with molded sink, electric toilet, and shower stall. Interior electronics include a Clarion AM/FM stereo and Sharp television with satellite dish that also feeds the Northstar display at the helm. The air conditioned interior has more than enough room and accommodations for overnight and weekend fishing trips.This Rampage is powered by twin 575-hp Caterpillar C9A diesel engines designed for long-lasting and dependable performance.
