She was originally called Horsey, built in Rotterdam and worked in Holland. Solid and robust she also worked on the Thames during the Limehouse Link construction. This Lady has worked hard and now comes to rest as a sympathetically converted tug. Her interior is cavernous and is mainly open plan. Some original features have been retained to add to the character she oozes.
There are still some finishing touches required, but all the hard, expensive work has already been undertaken.
Currently berthed in a marina, there is a large car park accessed by a security barrier.
Main commuter links are accessible by car within approximately 15 minutes (train and motorway).
She would suit someone stylish who 'thinks out of the box' and is looking for a houseboat with a 'wow factor'.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
This Houseboat 75ft converted Tug has been personally photographed and viewed by Suzzanne McDonald of Boatshed.
