Vessel Walkthrough PRIME TIME is a custom “one off” raised pilothouse, fly bridge motor yacht which sleeps six in three cabins plus two additional crew cabins, which sleeps three to four.
Entering through the high quality Freeman Offshore sliding door on the starboard side brings one to the pilothouse. The pilothouse is set up with off center helm to the right with Tracy helm chair; small dinette and wrap round circular mini couch area for viewing.
Main Salon:
The main salon is located aft of the pilothouse and down two steps. To starboard is a dining area with glass table and six matching upholstered chairs. At the forward end of the dining area is a custom granite counter top with storage below. Opposite to port is a small owner’s office desk and day head outboard. Walking further aft and down one step is the main salon. This main salon is expansive, taking advantage of the full 21’ beam of the yacht. Sitting along the port side is a large C-shaped couch measuring approximately 15’. This area would easily seat eight comfortably. Opposite to starboard is a long granite counter top with wet bar, liquor storage, cocktail table, built in TV, entertainment center and two more upholstered chairs matching those in the dining area.
An electric push button slides the Freeman aft door open and leads to a large teak aft deck measuring approximately ten by eighteen. The overhang covers the deck however the aft end and sides are completely open. To port a sweeping half spiral staircase leads down to the large swim platform area and a watertight door to the engine room.
Engine Room and Lazarette:
The engine room is located at the aft end of the vessel with a workshop/ storage lazarette aft. Both the engine room and the storage area are very generous in size and it is easy to service all aspects of the engines and generators. Oil change system with pump.
Galley:
The galley is the country kitchen style. This is a very large area with six large windows and a center island with sink and additional built in TV and full galley including Kitchen Aid side by side refrigerator/freezer with ice and water, Gaggenau oven and cook top, GE profile sensor convection/microwave, Kitchen aid dishwasher and Kitchen aid trash compactor. Countertops are off-white Corian with black matching accents.
Master Stateroom:
A spiral staircase from the port side, just aft of the pilothouse, leads down to a foyer with the choice to go aft to the master or directly across to the VIP or forward to a second guest cabin. The master stateroom features a king size bed amidships with his and her heads aft. There is a built in TV and plenty of storage lockers and drawers. The main cabin closets, like those in the guest staterooms are cedar lined.
VIP Stateroom:
The VIP is forward of the master and features a queen bed with en-suite head outboard with gray Corian granite counter tops.
Laundry Room:
Moving further forward a door to port opens to reveal a full size laundry room with stacked full sized Asko washer and dryer. Further forward in the passageway there are numerous lockers and storage area and a sliding door opens to reveal two side-by-side half-height sub-zero freezers, which supplement the freezer space in the galley. Twin Stateroom:
Forward of the VIP on the starboard side is a twin guest stateroom with headboards outboard. This stateroom has an ensuite head and circular glass enclosed shower. Also the cabin features built in TV and large hanging locker.
Crew Quarters:
The crew quarters are down four steps from the country kitchen area. There is a forward crew cabin with a large double to port and another large single opposite to starboard, a full head with vanity and shower and built in TV. There is a second crew cabin in a passageway that leads from the crew quarters directly aft to the rest of the accommodation level. This is an occasional stateroom featuring a Pullman bed coming off the wall. Therefore it is possible for the crew to go directly into the accommodations level via this passageway or to go up the four steps to the galley.
Flybridge:
The fly bridge is shaded under a custom hardtop and provides a tremendous circular seating area for 12-15 people and a central island with BBQ and wet bar and refrigerator. Fly bridge instrument cluster enclosure is a unique roll top design.
