Like all sedan trawlers, the floorplan has the salon, lower helm and large galley on the same level as the cockpit and side decks, so there are no steps to negotiate around the boat. Outside much of the deck space is weather-protected with bridge overhangs. Twin Lehman 120-hp diesels will cruise her at 8 knots, 11 knots top speed. One year sublease Santa Cruz arbor available. The owner is in process of redoing the decks, replacing the radar mast and completing brightwork (June 2007).
