The classic 34' Double Cabin Marine Trader designed by Ed Monk is unquestionably the most popular trawler yacht of this size ever sold in the US. The boat design has remained essentially unchanged for 30 years, and is a lasting testament to the functionality and timelessness of the styling and features. This is the boat that immediately pops to mind when most of us hear the word 'trawler yacht!' The Marine Trader 34 is a great little trawler for those going away for a weekend, or a more extended cruise, and features two entirely separate cabins for two adult ouples, with lots of room for storage of clothes, food, and other goodies. With both an upper and lower helm station with great visibility, this little trawler is comfortable regardless of the weather. Better yet, this particular example has had a bow-thruster installed, which makes maneuvering in marinas a snap! While this is an older boat, it has received a lot of updates, such as a new awlgrip paintjob in 2000, and the bottom was peeled and barrier-coated in 1997. Well-sealed teak decks, a 3KW generator, Radar, GPS, and a 1997 bridge enclosure, all make this a great little trawler for your consideration!
