| Vessel Walkthrough The yacht can be accessed via boarding gates, port and starboard, or via the swim platform and transom door. The large swim platform is hydraulic, moving out and down, with remote control, for easy tender storage and launching.
The full height, well-lit engine room can be accessed from the swim platform through a watertight door via a large lazarette. It can also be entered through a hatch with ladder from the cockpit. The upper deck provides an extended overhang giving weather protection to the cockpit.
From the cockpit, move into the salon through the stainless steel sliding glass doors. The salon boasts two full size sofas and complete entertainment and beverage centers. The galley and dinette are just two steps up and forward. The pilothouse helm, with full electronics and controls, is centerline, offset from the dinette. A port side electric door makes for easy access to the deck.
The galley is equipped with dishwasher, trash compactor, refrigerator, separate freezer with icemaker, self-cleaning oven, smooth top stove, microwave/convection oven, black granite countertops, and stainless steel sinks.
Three luxurious staterooms are appointed in premium fabrics and wall coverings with the full beam master located midship and the VIP and guests/crew staterooms located forward. Premier furnishings include cherry cabinets with Italian marble inlays, cherry wood sea rails, high gloss jewel finish and cherry wood doors. There are two spacious heads, each with marble flooring and separate shower stall or tub/shower combination. The companionway includes a closet housing washer and dryer stacked units.
A comfortable enclosed cockpit stair with thoughtfully spaced steps leads to the spacious flybridge. It has a factory hard top, with enclosure. The helm station up here is massive and well-laid-out with good sightlines forward. There’s also lots of seating and entertaining space, plus a deep space aft for additional sunning to supplement the big pad on the foredeck. Entertaining is made easy with the bridge refrigerator, icemaker, wet bar, and grill.
Salon Entering the salon, you get the immediate feeling of luxury and openness as the split level salon stretches unbroken from the entryway door through the pilothouse.

Remarks
Amnesia is a fabulous one owner, low hour, well optioned yacht. Options of particular note include SAT TV, cockpit control station, upper and lower helm, electric pilothouse door, plus many more. The original owner took delivery in June of 2006 and was able to use the boat only briefly during the past year. In March, 2009 maintenance was performed to assure Amnesia’s top notch condition, including engine and generator service, prop reconditioning, bottom paint, and exterior detailing. Now the owner and his wife are tending to the finer cosmetic details to assure your complete enjoyment of this World Class yacht.
Marquis is designed by Italian naval architect Nuvolari – Lenard, and hand crafted with American ingenuity, components and systems. She offers sweeping lines, functional use of abundant space, luxurious décor, and superior construction and engineering, with all the options you would expect of a premier yacht. Amnesia also meets the European Community’s Class A Standard, as one of only a few domestic-built yachts to have earned that distinction.
