This well maintained Monterey has everything you need for those memorable summer days on the water. With the included trailer you can travel easily to the cruising area of your choice.
A spacious aft deck area will accommodate you and your guests in comfort and style. The cabin has 3 sleeping spaces including a very private aft cabin. Fully air conditioned and complete with generator so you can take your comfort wherever you go. On the water or at the dock she is stylish and capable.
Accommodations:
Step aboard the swim platform and through the transom door onto the aft deck of this immaculate FRESH WATER Monterey.
To starboard are forward and aft facing bench seats with a table that converts to a large sun berth. To port is dedicated igloo cooler storage plus a wet bar with U-Line built in icemaker and sink with pressure water.
Move forward to the bridge deck with complete helm station to starboard. The helm station has a double wide bench seat with flip-up bolster. To port is another bench seat suitable for 2 guests. Steps molded into the companionway door lead to the windshield pass thru and onto the foredeck. The foredeck has a large sun pad.
Step through the companionway door and down the stairway. Immediately to starboard is the head with Vacu-Flush marine toilet, built-in vanity and shower. To port is a doorway that leads to the private aft cabin. The aft cabin has a full size berth, hanging locker, CO detector and opening ports with screens.
Continuing forward the galley is to starboard and the dinette is to port. The galley has a 2-burner electric/alcohol cook top, an under counter refrigerator with freezer compartment, a microwave and a built-in coffeemaker. The dinette can convert to additional sleeping space if required.
The forepeak has wrap-around seating and a table for entertaining. The table converts to a v-berth and a privacy curtain completes a forward sleeping space.
Entertainment is provided by a 15" LCD flat panel TV or a Sony AM/FM/Cassette player and 10 disc CD player. The cabin environment is controlled by a MarineAir HVAC system with digital controller.
