2007 OCEAN Home Built, Custom made, Fully equipped! - This boat is Custom Made and loaded with beautiful woodwork. Powered by 2 I/O 4 cylinder Mercruiser's as well as 2 docking motors. This "home on water" has 1 stateroom and one bath arrangement. The master suite features a double bed. The dinnette breaks down to be a double bed. A sleeper sofa is also planned for the finished salon. The galley is well equipped with a 22c/f side-by-side refrigerator/freezer w/icemaker and four burner gas range with self cleaning oven. All cabinets are solid wood stained to match the paneling and formica counter tops. The salon helm has a standard lighted instrument package for each engine and remote spot light control. Shore power is provided by a 30AMP connection on the port side of the vessel. There are plans for an inverter, battery bank and solar panels. Morse Dual Lever Single Station hydraulic steering and shifters operate the engines. There are 2 roof air conditioners, triple 50 gallon fuel tanks and shut-off valves are aft. Twin 40 gallon plastic freshwater tanks, bilge pump, city water hoodup, and waste tank sytem. Pressurized hot/cold water system (40 gallons) with hot water heater.
