BROKERS REMARKS:   “Quality Time” is best Pacemaker 46' on the market and is one of the best-looking flush-deck motor yachts ever made. She is built on a solid fiberglass hull with moderate beam. Her standard three-stateroom floor plan is uniquely arranged and offers tremendous living space. The step down galley is open to the lower salon, and a second head is located all the way forward. A guest cabin adjacent to the full beam master doubles as an office/den with a desk, bookshelves, and cabinets. The interior is finished with traditional teak woodwork and the large cabin windows provide good natural lighting. Her twin 435-hp 8V71 turbo-diesels produce 17 knot cruising speed with a top speed of around 20 knots. This is an extremely nice yacht that has been well maintained throughout her life. She is a must see for anyone looking for a live-aboard or vacation get-a-way or a solid platform to do any type of yachting in comfort. I have been on her personally to inspect her condition and “Man O Man” this is a nice yacht! From the water line up she shines and has great hull appearance, all exterior canvas and cushions are in above average condition, into her aft sundeck that is fully closed and heated and cooled with excellent “SALON” feel with full array lower helm.
