The Regal 3880 Commodore is a full-featured cruiser with style, luxurious accommodations, and performance. She features a large flybridge with full enclosure, open cockpit, and a spacious mid-cabin interior. Whether you are planning a day on water or a weekend getaway this 38' Regal is ready to accommodate.
On deck we have a carpeted flybridge with bimini top and full canvas enclosure. The helm is equipped with the Raytheon electronic package that includes: the C80 color GPS/chart plotter, ST60 tri-data display, Ray 215 DSC VHF radio, and ST6001 auto pilot along with spotlight control, bow thruster control, and compass. Accommodations include a double helm seats and L-shaped guest lounge. Aft the deck extends over the cockpit and we have a large sun pad and low-profile radar arch. An integrated stairway leads below to the open cockpit with hard top, overhead storage, fold-away seating, and transom door. There's an extended swim platform with transom shower and boarding ladder. Steps from the cockpit lead to the side deck and foward. The foredeck features anchor, windlass, spot light, and sun pad. A sliding door from the cockpit leads into the salon.
The upscale carpeted salon has cherry woodwork cream color leather upholstery. There's an oversized wraparound dinette with table port side and barrel chairs to starboard. A flat screen TV with DVD player provides the salon entertainment. The galley is down to starboard with upper & lower cabinets, L-shaped solid surface countertop with stainless sink, two-burner cooktop, built-in microwave oven, and side-by-side refrigerator/freezer.
There are two staterooms. The guest stateroom is a mid-cabin with double berth, hanging locker, flat screen TV. The master stateroom is forward with queen berth, under-berth storage, hanging locker, and TV. The head compartment is port side with head, mirrored vanity, and shower stall.
Power is provided by twin Yanmar 440-hp diesel engines that provide sportcruiser performance with a cruising speed of 21 mph. A Kohler 8kW generator with sound shield provides offshore electrical power, reverse cycle HAC maintains interior comfort, a central vacuum helps with cleanup, and a bow thruster aids in docking.
